A Flat Back Post in Implant-Grade Titanium
A mirror-polished flat back post with a compact 4 mm disc, made from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium: nickel-free, biocompatible, lightweight and made for sensitive ears. The Titanium Silver version is natural, uncoated titanium. The 18K Gold version has an 18K gold PVD finish over the same titanium base. Use it as a replacement post or to pair with your favorite M0.9 externally threaded ends.

Find Your Fit: Two Gauges, Many Lengths
Choose 18G (1.0 mm) in 4 to 12 mm, or 16G (1.2 mm) in 4 to 12 mm. The smooth flat back lies comfortably against the ear. The internal M0.9 thread keeps the top securely in place, and the threading stays out of contact with your skin. Insert the post from the back of the ear, then screw the top on clockwise until snug.

Compatibility
Designed for M0.9 externally threaded ends. It is not for threadless push-pin ends. Thread dimensions can vary between brands, so compatibility with other brands is not guaranteed.
