ASTM F136 is a specification set by the American Society for Testing and Materials for titanium used in surgical implants. It holds material purity, impurity control, and biocompatibility to an exceptionally strict standard, and it's the material officially recommended by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP)
“G23” is commonly used as a commercial grade description, but the term alone does not demonstrate compliance with an implant-material standard. EaseTi specifies ASTM F136-compliant Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium and relies on supporting material documentation for verification.
Grading certificates are included only with moissanite pieces where this is stated in the product description. Smaller accent stones may not include individual certificates.
