Four Stone Sizes, Comfortable Flat Back
Choose a 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm or 6 mm stone and a 6 mm or 8 mm post. This CZ solitaire flat back stud lies comfortably against the ear. The 18G (1.0 mm) internally threaded post (M0.9 thread) keeps the top securely in place, and the threading stays out of contact with your skin.

Ordered 3mm for my conch. It’s tiny tiny. Like if you want subtle this is it. If you want bling go bigger. Wish I went 4mm but that’s on me not on them.

Takes forever to screw in honestly. My fingers are too fat and I dropped the back like five times trying to get it on. Almost gave up and returned them. But once it’s on it’s not going anywhere. So idk. 4 stars I guess.
