A Round Moissanite in Implant-Grade Titanium
A brilliant round lab-created moissanite sits in a softly rounded bezel, framed by a smooth polished glow. At 4 mm across, it fits lobe, helix, tragus and conch piercings and tucks easily into an ear stack. A GRA certificate is included for the stone’s D color, VVS1 clarity and Excellent cut grade. Like every EaseTi piece, it is built on implant-grade titanium: nickel-free, biocompatible, lightweight and made for sensitive ears. The Titanium Silver version is natural, uncoated titanium. The 18K Gold version has an 18K gold PVD finish over the same titanium base.

Comfortable Flat Back, Two Post Lengths
Choose a 6 mm or 8 mm post. The smooth flat back lies comfortably against the ear, comfortable enough for naps and sleep. The 18G (1.0 mm) internally threaded post (M0.9 thread) keeps the top securely in place, and the threading stays out of contact with your skin.
