Third-Party Testing & Mill Certificates

EaseTi ASTM F136 Implant-Grade Titanium & Moissanite Jewelry

• One Standard. No Substitutes. ASTM F136 Only.

A thoughtful material choice for sensitive ears, built on a single, uncompromising standard.

At EaseTi, we use ASTM F136-compliant Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium for our titanium jewelry components—the same alloy specification developed for surgical implant applications. Mill material documentation is maintained for the titanium raw material, and select representative products from our line undergo independent third-party testing for restricted substances and nickel release; results are representative of products using the same material and manufacturing process, and are not a certificate for every individual SKU. Our moissanite styles use carefully selected stones, with grading reports provided where specified.

Why EaseTi Uses Only ASTM F136 Implant-Grade Titanium

I: Designed with Sensitive Ears in Mind

ASTM F136 specifies the chemical, mechanical, and metallurgical requirements for Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium used in surgical implant applications. Its controlled composition and strong corrosion resistance make it a widely trusted option for quality body jewelry.

Ⅱ: Lightweight and Highly Corrosion-Resistant

Outstanding corrosion resistance and skin comfort, lightweight and highly resistant to corrosion, titanium is comfortable for everyday wear and significantly lighter than both stainless steel and gold.— designed for comfortable everyday wear, including sleeping and showering when the piercing is fully healed and the jewelry is properly fitted.

III: Selected Moissanite with Exceptional Fire

We select colourless moissanite for its brilliance and high dispersion. Stone specifications and grading documentation are provided where stated on the product page.

Frequently Asked Questions

ASTM F136 is a specification set by the American Society for Testing and Materials for titanium used in surgical implants. It holds material purity, impurity control, and biocompatibility to an exceptionally strict standard, and it's the material officially recommended by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP)

“G23” is commonly used as a commercial grade description, but the term alone does not demonstrate compliance with an implant-material standard. EaseTi specifies ASTM F136-compliant Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium and relies on supporting material documentation for verification.

Grading certificates are included only with moissanite pieces where this is stated in the product description. Smaller accent stones may not include individual certificates.
