Eligible purchases made through the official EaseTi website are also covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects.

Free Returns & Exchanges
Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for any reason. If the style, fit, or feel isn’t right ， EaseTi covers the return shipping.
Return Shipping
No return shipping fees within the 30-day return period. For exchanges, EaseTi also covers standard shipping for the replacement item.
Limited Warranty
Eligible manufacturing defects are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

How Does the Return Process Work?
To request a return or exchange, please contact EaseTi within the applicable return period before sending your item back. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and applicable shipping details.
01 — Submit Your Request
Contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason within the 30-day return period. For quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage, please also include clear photos so we can assist you more quickly.
02 — Return the Item
Follow the return instructions provided by EaseTi and use the prepaid return method provided. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
03 — Inspection
Once your return is delivered, we’ll inspect the returned item and confirm receipt. We’ll contact you if any additional information is required.
04 — Refund or Exchange
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and processed. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear.Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received. Standard shipping for the replacement item is covered by EaseTi.

Exchanges
EaseTi covers both the return shipping for the original item and standard shipping for the replacement item.
Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue, contact us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate return, replacement, or refund at no shipping cost to you.
Skin Comfort
If the earrings don’t feel right for your ears, you can use the same 30-day free return or exchange policy. No separate skin-comfort claim is required.
Original expedited or upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
